Returns & Exchange Policy

At Mayantiie, we take great care in checking and packing every product before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read the terms below for returns and exchanges.

5-Day Return, Exchange & Money Back Policy

If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 5 days from the date of delivery for a refund of the product value.
You can also request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

How to Request a Return (Registered Users)

  • Log in to your account on our website
  • Go to “My Account” → “Orders”
  • Select the order you want to return
  • Click on the “Return” option for the item
  • Fill in the required details and confirm your request
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your return request details
  • You can track the status of your return in your account

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Important Points

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It should be returned with original packaging and tags
  • Returns will only be accepted within 5 days of delivery
