Shipping Policy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.
The shipping address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
If you wish to update your address, please contact the Mayantiie support team before receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, address changes will not be possible.

Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
We recommend opening and checking the package at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Orders may not be delivered in case of incorrect or incomplete name/address details.
Delivery timelines are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier partner.

Mayantiie offers free shipping across most locations in India.
For certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional shipping charges may apply based on courier requirements.
All orders are fully insured during transit.
We strongly advise customers to check the package for any damage before accepting delivery.
