Shipping Address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.
- The shipping address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
- If you wish to update your address, please contact the Mayantiie support team before receiving the shipping confirmation email.
- Once the order is shipped, address changes will not be possible.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
- We recommend opening and checking the package at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
- If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Orders may not be delivered in case of incorrect or incomplete name/address details.
- Delivery timelines are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier partner.

- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery.
- Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Mayantiie offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
- COD is available for orders between ₹500 and ₹10,000.
