The customer is required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address can be modified only until the order is dispatched. In case you wish to update the delivery address, please contact the Mayantiie customer support team before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, address change requests will not be accepted.
Customers are advised not to accept deliveries if the package appears tampered with, damaged, or empty at the time of delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Mayantiie. Any additional costs for re-shipment or handling in such cases will be borne by the customer.
Delivery timelines are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier partner. Any discrepancies in the name or address may lead to non-delivery of the shipment.
